These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SKonnect sports related social media and video analysis mobile application and software (the “App” or “Software”), including our Academy Management and Booking System features. By using the App and Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App and Software. SportsKingdom Software Pte. Ltd. is the parent company of SKonnect and is responsible for the overall management and operation of the App and Software. Any information collected by SKonnect may be shared with SportsKingdom Software Pte. Ltd. in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

Use of the App and Software

You agree to use the App and Software in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You also agree not to use the App and Software for any unlawful or harmful purposes.

 

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App and Software, you may be required to register an account. When you register an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You also agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account login information and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

 

Academy Management and Booking System

If you use our Academy Management and Booking System features, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your academy, coaches, students, and offerings;

• Only offer classes or sessions that you are qualified to teach or lead;

• Only accept bookings for classes or sessions that you are able to provide as scheduled;

• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding the operation of your academy and the provision of classes or sessions.

User Conduct and Content Standards

• Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing any content that is objectionable, including but not limited to content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory in nature.

• Reporting System: The App has a reporting system in place to allow users to report any objectionable content or behavior. The App reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, and to take appropriate action against users who engage in objectionable behavior.

• User Conduct: Users must agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while using the App. This includes refraining from engaging in any behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harassing to other users.

• Account Suspension or Termination: The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms, without notice or refund.

• Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the App, including any violation of these terms.

• Disclaimer: The App is not responsible for the content uploaded or shared by users, and makes no warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content on the App.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

Content Approval Policy

All videos uploaded by end-users must be approved by the App's administrators before becoming visible to the public.

• The approval process may take up to 96 hours but may be longer based on workload.

• Only videos that meet the guidelines outlined in the Prohibited Content and Sports-Related Content sections will be approved.

• Any videos that do not meet the guidelines will be immediately removed without notice.

• The App's administrators reserve the right to reject any video that does not meet the guidelines or is otherwise objectionable in nature.

• The App will notify users via email and push notification whether their videos have been approved or rejected.

• Only videos that have been approved by the App's administrators will be made visible to the public.

• The App reserves the right to remove any approved videos that violate these terms or become objectionable in nature after approval.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the App and Software, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any of this content or materials without our prior written consent.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Software are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App and Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App and Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App and Software, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App and Software, or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability to you. Upon any termination or suspension, your right to use the App and Software will immediately cease, and we may delete or deactivate your account and all related information.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms on the App and Software. Your continued use of the App and Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
